Carole has amazing perspectives, statistics, and great sound bites, such as how sellers need to be the “comp”, and not the competition; and, that buyers should realize that homes are “for” sale, not “on sale”.

I just reviewed your interview with Carole Rodoni almost two years ago. I just had an hour interview with her a couple of days ago and she is still just as sharp and opinionated as ever. Great work on bringing information to all of us.
